What do I need to know before ordering a custom piece?

Creating a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your individual style is what we love most. Our custom pieces are crafted with care, making them exceptionally special. Presently, we offer one custom design: the DIY Nomenclatura Ringed Tahitian Pearl Necklace

To place a custom order, simply indicate your preferred design in the comment section during checkout or email us at customerservice@weiyez.com with your preferences. As custom pieces are made-to-order and uniquely crafted, they hold a special place in our collections. Regrettably, due to their personalized nature, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of quality issues.

I see there are many sizes available for the necklaces and bracelets. Any tips on what size to choose?

If you're accustomed to wearing necklaces and bracelets, we recommend selecting sizes similar to your existing pieces. For personalized guidance, feel free to reach out to us via email or Instagram, and we'll promptly help. If you have a specific length preference that is not listed, you can email us with your request. However, please note that due to the personalized nature of these pieces, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds in such cases, as they cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.

How should I care for my pearls?

We want your pearls to remain beautiful and lustrous for as long as they can be. Here are some simple things you can do:

  • Storage: Store each piece separately in a soft, breathable container or pouch.
  • Cleaning: After wearing, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove perspiration and body oils. Avoid wearing pearls during exercise.
  • Avoid Contact: Keep your pearls away from household cleaning products, perfumes, hair products, cosmetics, and certain food items such as salad dressings, wine, and fruit juices.

Is Wei+Yez sold in stores?

Currently, our studio is based in the picturesque coastal city of Zhuhai, China. We offer a personalized VIP experience through exclusive, private visits. Regrettably, we don't have physical stores outside China at this time. Wei+Yez products can be conveniently purchased online through our official website, weiyez.com.

What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date you receive your item. Please note that returns are not applicable for custom or sale items. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, free from signs of wear or damage, and you must provide proof of purchase, such as an e-receipt or email confirmation.

As our studio is based in China, you are responsible for shipping and customs clearance fees. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed. To initiate a return, please contact customerservice@weiyez.com, specifying the reason for the return. We will provide the shipping address for your item. What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

We provide shipping to most countries with a flat rate of $8.99 for all orders. To view a list of countries that we deliver to, go to our Shipping page. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150. Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks, but for made-to-order items, please anticipate up to 4 weeks for delivery. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

At present, we exclusively accept PayPal. However, we are actively exploring additional payment options to enhance your shopping experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
