Return
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We recommend that you inspect the item immediately upon receipt to check for quality issues or shipping errors. This ensures a smooth return process if needed.
Eligibility
Custom or sale items are not eligible for return unless they have serious quality issues or if we shipped the wrong item. Please note that each baroque pearl is unique, and variations such as rings, pits, or bumps on the surface do not constitute quality issues.
Return Conditions
The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase, such as an e-receipt or order confirmation email, as a printout in the return package.
Shipping Charges
The original shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that as our studio is located in China, returned items will be shipped back to China. You are responsible for any shipping and customs clearance fees.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customerservice@weiyez.com, providing reasons for the return and attaching an image of the item with quality issues. Once the return request is accepted, we will provide instructions within 5 business days on how to return the item. We will also provide an address to where you can ship the item back.
Refund Processing
Your refund will be processed after we have received the returned item. You will be refunded via your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for PayPal or your bank to process and post the refund.
Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item following the Return Policy guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.
However, if we sent the wrong item or if there is a serious quality issue with your received item, we offer a free replacement. Please contact our customer service at customerservice@weiyez.com for assistance.
