Shipping

Every piece from Wei+Yez is handmade with love by our dedicated production team: Xiaoxue, Siyuan, Kunkun, and sometimes Yez at our studio in Zhuhai, China. For our standard, non-custom items, please allow 2-5 business days for us to craft and process your order. Shipping time will depend on the destination country, varying from 5 to 12 business days. Custom items may take longer, as they are made-to-order. Please anticipate an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery of custom items.

Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day. During national holidays, there may be slight delays of up to a day or two. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

While we take care to hand packages over to our shipping partners securely, delivery circumstances may occasionally be beyond our control. Please review the shipping tracking information you will receive via email for the most accurate delivery dates. Claims for lost packages should be filed within 30 days of the order being shipped. If tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us, and we'll initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your address and contact information is accurate.

Customs and Import Taxes

Prices quoted are inclusive of customs duties or import taxes, so you won't need to pay anything extra upon delivery. However, customs procedures vary by country, so please cooperate with local customs officials for clearance to avoid delays or returns.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your item. Please ensure that your jewelry is unworn and sent back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for orders outside China are at your own expense. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please get in touch with us at customerservice@weiyez.com as soon as possible. We're here to assist you, provided your order hasn't been shipped yet.
